Pricing

10%.
That's the whole fee.

No setup costs. No listing fees. No platform surcharges. No cleaning markups. No "premium" upsell. No exit fees. No contract lock-in.

We mean it. If you ever see a line on your statement that's not gross bookings or our 10%, we got something wrong.

How we stack up

Why owners are leaving everyone else for us.

We pulled the public pricing of the four biggest names in vacation-rental management. Most don't even publish a real number. We do.

The fine print, in plain English

"Net bookings" means what?

Net bookings = gross booking revenue from a stay, minus platform fees (Airbnb/Vrbo service fees) and lodging taxes that pass through to the taxing authority. We take 10% of that. The cleaning fee charged to guests goes directly to the cleaner — we don't take a cut, you don't pay it, the guest pays it. Same for damage deposits — those flow through.

Sample monthly statement

Gross booking revenue
$14,820
Platform fees (pass-through)
−$520
Lodging taxes (pass-through)
−$1,210
Net bookings
$13,090
Keytostay 10%
−$1,309
Your payout
$11,781

That's the whole statement. No "marketing line," no "tech fee," no "guest services upcharge." Two numbers.
