We started Keytostay
because we got tired of the asterisks.
Every other property manager publishes a fee — then hides three more in the contract. We thought owners deserved one honest number.
The short version
The founders of Keytostay operate dozens of short-term rentals across the country. We've been customers of every major property manager on the market. We've read the contracts. We've gone line-by-line through other owners' statements. And we kept seeing the same pattern: a published fee that was, at best, half of what owners actually paid.
So we built the company we wanted to hire. A flat 10%. No setup costs. No platform surcharges. No cleaning markups. No tiered service. No exit fees. The full-service bundle, full stop.
We do this nationwide. We do this with a real team — humans answering messages at 2am, real cleaners we know by name, real photographers, real dispatch. The brand is "Keytostay" but the service is human all the way down.
